Usage metering lands with the billing backend. Your plan (enterprise) stays enforced server-side in the meantime.

Overage

SaaS enterprise orgs: overage on by default (1.3× after quota, cap 2×, alerts at 80%, 100% and cap to owners and admins). Self-hosted keys: overage off unless the signed license allows it.

Overage controls (toggle, rate, spending cap, alerts) render here once the billing backend exposes them.
